Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete.

A tracking number will be emailed when the order ships. Once tracking shows that a package has been delivered, customers should first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier. Please contact us promptly if additional assistance is needed.

If we cannot ship an order within the promised time, we will notify the customer and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund.

Eligible books and bundles may be sent directly to a gift recipient. When gift packaging is selected, the order may arrive in a black gift box with a gold ribbon and a card containing the customer’s message.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct recipient name, address, and message. We may decline messages containing unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content.

Gift wrapping fees and original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order arrived damaged or was fulfilled incorrectly.

Signed and personalized books are created specifically for the customer and are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

For personalized copies, customers should enter the recipient’s first name and an optional short message within the stated character limit. Please check all spelling and instructions carefully before submitting the order.

We are not responsible for personalization errors contained in the information submitted by the customer. If we make an error, we will replace or correct the item at no additional cost.

Signatures and handwritten messages may vary slightly because each copy is individually signed.

Standard unsigned books, journals, and unopened self-care bundles may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

The following items are final sale unless damaged, defective, or fulfilled incorrectly:

• Signed or personalized books.
• Opened or used self-care products.
• Gift cards.
• Individual products removed from a bundle.
• Clearance or specially marked final-sale items.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping and gift-wrapping charges are nonrefundable.

Returns must be approved before they are mailed. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise is received and inspected.

Please report damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products within seven days of delivery and include the order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Wholesale customers must report damaged or incorrect merchandise within seven days of delivery and provide photographs and the applicable order information.
